- Decisions will be based on your core values and how you prioritize these values. This prioritization will decide which program will be ranked first and what program will be ranked last.

- Reputation and name of the program
- Quality of Education program
- Mentorship/ Sponsorship
- Peoples
- Cultures
Ask Hard Questions from Yourself
- Ultimately you will get training everywhere
- It is very difficult to remember each and every program details
- The thing memorable about any program is your overall feeling
- Was the program a good fit for me?.
- Will I succeed in the program?.
- Do the PD/Staff support my goals?.
- Will I mesh with the culture at the program?
