Fibromuscular Dysplasia
Recommendation
1- Stroke or TIA with Fibromuscular dysplasia and no other identifiable cause —> Antiplatelet therapy, hypertension control and lifestyle changes
2- Recurrent ischemic stroke with cervical carotid artery fibromuscular dysplasia —> Carotid angioplasty might be reasonable
