Recommendation
1- Stroke or TIA with hematologic traits and no other identifiable cause —> Antiplatelet therapy
2- Stroke or TIA with antiphospholipid syndrome —> Warfarin with INR target 2-3
3- Stroke or TIA with antiphospholipid antibody only —> Antiplatelet therapy
